Need to cancel your order? No problem, we get it, sometimes things happen.
If your order has already shipped and you have an active tracking number, you will not be able to cancel the order. Please refer to our return policy to request a return.

If your order is already on its way and you have an active tracking number, please contact your salesperson directly if you ordered through them. Please call our customer success line 1 (877) 761 – 2819 if you placed your order online. We will have your item rerouted back to our facility and you will be refunded once the item has arrived back in our custody. There will be a 15% restock fee subtracted from your return.
If you have already set a delivery appointment with the local courier for drop off, but you would like to cancel last minute, please refuse delivery and have it returned to sender. Once the item has transited back to our warehouse, we will issue your return minus a 15% restock fee.
