Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for return:
Products that have been opened, assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return and will be handled under the Warranty Policy where applicable.
Customers must contact TMG Industrial Customer Support and receive return authorization before sending any product back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
TMG Industrial will provide instructions for return handling, documentation, and shipment coordination where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. TMG Industrial may assist with arranging return shipping upon request. Associated costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Exchanges are processed after return inspection or claim approval. Fulfillment timelines depend on product availability and logistics. Where possible, TMG Industrial will work to minimize downtime and expedite processing.

Returned items must be securely packaged and safely prepared for carrier pickup. The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage during return transit, and any damage occurring during return shipping may reduce the refundable amount.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.
